Senior Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Related Field.
- Experienced HRBP – 5 Years+
- Knowledge Of Local & Federal Labor Laws and Benfits
- Tech Savy – Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Suite/Outlook/HRIS Systems – Ultipro Preferred.
- Exceptional Organizational and Communication Skills
- Collaborative Leader
Senior Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance With Local And Federal Labor, Compensation And Benefit Laws.
- Lead Performance Management – Implementation/Feedback/PIPS.
- Manage Recruiting Functions And On-Boarding Process.
- Leader In Supporting Conflict Resolution.
- Provide Timely Communication & Feedback To Senior Leadership.
