Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Cultivate an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Mentor and guide team members to consistently deliver an outstanding dining experience, adeptly resolving any guest-related concerns.
• Develop, nurture, and retain a high-caliber team of guest-oriented managers and service staff, providing comprehensive training, including new-hire orientation.
• Empower managers and employees to autonomously make decisions that positively impact the guest experience.
• Devise strategic plans, effectively communicate objectives, and gauge progress towards financial targets, driving sustainable growth in restaurant sales and profitability, exceeding budgetary goals when possible.
• Articulate performance areas needing enhancement to managers and relevant staff members to align with business objectives.
• Oversee food and beverage quality, encompassing inventory management, adherence to product specifications, ingredient preparation, temperature standards, and presentation consistency, all conducted in a timely manner and following established protocols.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of general management experience in the casual dining sector is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record of leadership success in fine dining or upscale casual full-service restaurant environments is essential.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
