Engineering Manager, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Qualifications and Compensation
- Generous compensation package including a base salary of up to $110,000 + bonus potential.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities with a confirmed record of meeting obligations.
Engineering Manager, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and supervisor to a dedicated team of engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate effectively with the production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams.
- Direct the research and advancement of new products, methods, and operations.
- Formulate detailed project blueprints, methodologies, and cost projections.
- Spearhead enhancements in manufacturing procedures.
