We are searching for a strong General Manager with UPSCALE Italian Cuisine experience to develop, train, and lead restaurant staff to achieve objective sales and guest service to the highest level. If you are seeking a new opportunity we would love to speak to you.

GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee performance review process for all employees
  • Ensure all new hires are thoroughly trained on the expectations of service standards
  • Implement operating standards for the service team
  • Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times

GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience
  • 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Able to lift 30+ pounds
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
