Our private club, near Charlottesville, is seeking an upscale, high-volume, Banquet Manager with prior multi-outlet and banquet experience in a hotel, resort, or private club to manage all aspects of the banquet operations for the club. We are looking for a driven candidate who wants to diversify their experience.
Club Banquet Manager Responsibilities:
- Reports to F&B Director
- Manages Banquet Captains and service team members
- Responsible for all banquet setup and service
Club Banquet Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Banquet Manager in a high-volume hotel, resort or golf club
- At least $3m annual banquet volume experience
- Experience with weddings/social and corporate; tournament experience is a plus
- Consistent progression and good tenure – not a job hopper
Club Banquet Manager Compensation:
- $75,000 salary
