Office Manager- Responsabilities

-Oversee all administrative and business operations 

-Business Development

-Achieving company expectations for utilization of the surgery schedule and optimizing surgeon productivity

-Establish and implement effective workplace procedures

-Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations

-Collaborate with providers to develop business strategies and patient services

-Ensure patient satisfaction

-Uphold compliance and quality improvement of policies/procedures that are required of both clinical and administrative staff

-Assist in maintaining accreditation compliance

Office Manager– Requirments

-Plastic Surgery/Aesthetics experience is REQUIRED

-Business development and growth skills/experience

-Superior customer service skills

-Positive attitude
