The senior accountant will be the main contact for all clients. This person will be responsible to provide accounting advice and clarity to all our clients related to taxes, bookkeeping, and any other provided services. 

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships; interfacing with individuals and small business owners to understand their needs and goals and identify appropriate tax strategies based on their circumstances.
  • Preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
  • Coordinating timely payment of taxes, Federal and State, and handling IRS Notices
  • Preparation and review of complex tax projections for current and future tax liabilities of individuals and corporations
  • Preparation of financial statements, sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, year-end W-2 and 1099’s.

Senior Accountant Qualifications:

  • CPA or CPA eligible (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Excel proficiency
  • Accounting: 5 years (Required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
