Kitchen Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years in a full-service high-volume restaurant as general manager
  • Experience working BOH preparing food, you will be jumping on the line to help
  • High standards, exceeding expectations as a norm
  • Proven strong problem solver
  • Must have an owner-like mentality, taking pride in all aspects of restaurant, always looking for opportunities to improve
  • Strong P&L knowledge and financial acumen
  • Ability to work closely with hands-on ownership.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have a genuine passion for hospitality and people
  • Breakfast experience preferred but not essential
