We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Third-Grade Teacher to join our team! Third-Grade Teacher Responsibilities:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that embraces diversity, promotes equity, and celebrates the strengths and experiences of each student.
• Develop and implement strategies and lesson plans that support student behavior management, social-emotional development, and address the unique needs of all students while fostering a safe and respectful classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best teaching practices and strategies for meeting student needs.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents or guardians, providing updates on student progress, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships.

Third-Grade Teacher Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education (state certification required).
• Strong knowledge of educational principles, responsive teaching practices, and strategies for supporting diverse learners with the commitment and belief that all students CAN succeed regardless of their background or circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to establish positive and trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds creating an inclusive classroom environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace the unique opportunities and challenges of working with students.
