We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Instructor for a team who ignites adults through education. This will be a 9-month schedule teaching classes of up to 24 students. We'd love to see if this would be a great match for you, apply today!
Mechanical Engineering Instructor Responsibilities:
- Instructs classes in an efficient and effective manner
- Prepares for each class to support the goals of the course by designing curriculum
- Fosters a safe learning environment
- Mentors and counsels students regarding progress through maintenance of regular office hours
Mechanical Engineering Instructor Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related
- 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
- 1+ year of instructional experience preferred
- Software experience with Blackboard, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo preferred
- Innovative, creative, and motivated
- Able to use a variety of teaching methods
Mechanical Engineering Instructor Compensation:
- Salary increases per years of service
