Project Manager – Civil Responsibilities:
- Participate in initial client marketing meetings, provide marketing support, and assist in the presentation
- Maintain an understanding of project financial issues including project budget, effective and as-sold multipliers, terms of the agreement, changes in agreement scope, the billing process, and settlements.
- Monitors performance of client responsibilities and communicates deviations to the client
- Implement applicable firm policies bearing on client relations
- Establishes project goals that are consistent with contract agreements. Knows fee arrangements, management systems, and project schedule requirements
- Reviews and approves weekly employee time and expense sheets; annually co-develops employees, goals; evaluates annual employee performance; and periodically monitors individual employee progress towards career goals consistent with company objectives
Project Manager – Civil Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering (Civil, Geological, Environmental, etc..)
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- PE License
- Knowledge of New England in relation to laws, statutes, and land surveying.
- AutoCAD, GIS, Microsoft Suite
- Good communication skills
