An iconic, luxury Hotel on Martha's Vineyard is seeking a Director of Rooms with hotel experience to join the team. This candidate must have a solid background in housekeeping, and front office functions. This leader will inspire and embrace the vision of the team.

Director of Rooms Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in senior management responsibility – upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality
  • Flexible and adaptable interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Solid fluency with Excel and Word
  • Luxury hotel experience as division head or department head
  • Flexible open scheduling availability
