We are looking for a leader to be our Restaurant General Manager. We are seeking candidates from full-service backgrounds. Looking for strong tenure. No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing P&L
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Assist in the FOH with steps of service and guest experience
- Strong operations background
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Strong history of sold tenure
- Great leadership capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
