Sushi Sous Chef Benefits:

Sushi Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Sushi Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
• Develop and implement innovative menu plans, emphasizing seasonal ingredients
• Ensure cost control measures are followed while maintaining high-quality standards
• Supervise and mentor the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and performance counseling

Sushi Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary management experience in an upscale food and beverage establishment
• Proficient in all aspects of sushi preparation and presentation
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and styles
• Extensive knowledge of culinary styles and ability to train and guide the team
• Polished leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
