Upscale General Manager Requirements:

Budget Management
Ethical Conduct
Communicates respectfully with all team members and guests
Computer Proficiency
Positive Attitude

Upscale General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the team in polished service, including management of Chefs and Sommeliers
Implement workflows, systems, and comprehensive corporate policies in collaboration with ownership
Be active in the restaurant, in the team, and in the community
Excellent knowledge of wines and culinary trends
Must have 4+ years of restaurant management experience
