Sous Chef Alert!!!! We are looking for a hands-on self-directed Sous Chef with a mindset for growth and ambition to take ownership of the back-of-house operations, lead with vision and a can-do spirit; a leader must have high energy, and a strong sense of building strong relationships, attention to detail, passion for amazing cuisine. You'll be a great fit if:
- You're Skilled in steak cuisine
- You have been working in the industry for at least 2+ years, and have experience in high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant brands
- You have culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience; culinary education is a plus
- You have an understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- You have strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- You love being a team player with the ability to take direction
- You're well-versed in Computer Technology
