Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef role in a scratch-kitchen concept
- Strong people management skills and ability to foster a positive culture
- Solid financial acumen – able to read and help run a P&L
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
