Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of GM experience in a full-service environment
- Exposure to sales volumes of at least $4 million per year
- Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
- Established longevity & career progression
Restaurant General Manager Expectations:
- Leadership presence and involvement in all areas of the business
- Models hospitality and ensures the team delivers service excellence
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
