General Manager/Beverage Manager Compensation and Benefits:

General Manager/Beverage Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years Restaurant Management Experience with strong bar knowledge.
- Annual sales-volume experience of $2M+.
- Ability to create and cost out a beverage/bar menu.
- Stable tenure – no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Hands-on leader who works side-by-side with their staff and has a "Do whatever it takes" attitude.
