Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Two years experience in Fine Dining Management
- Servant leader leads by example
- Extensive knowledge of food and wine
- Attention to detail a must
- TABC and Food Handlers certificates
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest service standards and procedures are delivered to every guest, every time
- Maintain a professional demeanor and image
- Develop team through positive mentorship
