VP of Operations Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• A minimum of 5 years in an Executive level position in Food and Beverage Operations with 4+ concepts and 15+ restaurants
• Prior experience with having full accountability for the operational and financial performance required
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and Owners in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy
• Ensure appropriate cost control and reporting technology is implemented and used
• Must be a strong leader with a solid track record managing multiple operations and track record scaling a growing business
• Create and present annual budgets
• Implement improved processes and management methods to generate a higher ROI
• Understand key revenue drivers and identify any room for improvement
• Work with the accounting, controller and CFO to ensure appropriate controls and reporting are in place
• Proficient in multiple POS platforms (Restaurant 365, Toast, etc.) and Inventory Management Systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Studies or related field required
