We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated General Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading staff. This individual must be well-versed in all aspects of floor management and must be ready and willing to jump in and assist in any role at any time. The perfect candidate is someone who aspires to grow with this company, as they are looking for career-oriented managers to join their restaurant family.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are maintained
- Responsible for all controllable costs including labor, food, beverage and supplies
- Assisting with any and all floor positions when needed, including but not limited to, bar and expo
- Making people feel welcome and comfortable – treat every guest, employee and vendor with respect
General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Upscale Casual Experience
- Prior high-volume management experience (minimum $3 million annually)
- Proficiency in POS, scheduling, reporting
- Must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and leadership
