An exciting insurtech company is looking to add a Junior Account Manager to its rapidly growing organization.
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently manage 300+ customer accounts in a low-touch, high-automation environment
- Engage with prospects and customers via multiple platforms: chat, email, video calls, and more
- Explain value propositions, resolve customer support requests, and generate a positive customer experience
- Work well in cross-functional teams by coordinating with our partnerships and finance teams
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role
- MUST HAVE an active commercial property & casualty insurance license
- Experience in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
- Desire to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
- 100% covered medical insurance for employee
- 401k
- 144 hours PTO
