Hotel General Manager
Needed for an upscale Select Service / Popular-branded hotel.
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily hotel operations
- Hiring, scheduling, risk management, building management, and all HR administrative functions
- Ensure all employees follow brand standards
- Brand quality scores and initiatives
- Train and develop staff
Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hotel management experience
- Hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, or other hotel department management experience
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Brand property management system knowledge is a plus
Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Salary Range based on experience in the 65k to 75k range.
