Director of Hotel Operation needed for an upscale large multi-unit Resort.

This position will require a relocation to West Michigan if not in the area.

Director of Hotel Operations- Benefits and Qualifications:

·       Generous base salary plus Bonus of up to 25% of base.

·       100% Paid Health Insurance, LTD and Life Insurance

·       FSA, STD, 401K with company match.

·       Relocation reimbursement / Generous PTO.

·       College degree in Hospitality or related field.

·       10 years of leadership experience. AAA 4 Diamond preferred.

·       Experience with new hotel openings is a plus.

·       5 Years as a General Manager level / 5 years in a Resort or Casino environment.

·       5 years’ experience leading 5 direct reports or more with a team of over 50 plus.

Director of Hotel Operations Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for total hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa Services, Maintenance in an upscale environment.

·       Responsible for all financials, including P&L, Budgets, Forecast, and Capital Expense planning.

·       Responsible for ensuring compliance with all hotel standards and policies.

·       Develop and Implements AA 4-Diamond standards for all hotel departments and all employees.

·       Develop Training for all positions and ensures team members are given the proper guidance for success.

·       Build and develop an effective team to achieve budgeted results.
