Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the operation, achieving revenue and profit goals, training, guest satisfaction, staffing, scheduling and all other administrative tasks
  • Cost control/planning
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance regarding brand standards
  • Work closely with all departments, corporate and ownership to ensure goals are being achieved

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

  • Great knowledge of financials
  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least one year of experience as a hotel manager
  • Experience with brands such as Hilton or Marriott
  • The ability to develop the leadership qualities of all staff
  • Open availability is required. Must cover any shift when required
