We are looking for experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics to join our team!
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Benefits:
- Hourly pay ranging from $30- $45 based on experience( Higher end needs 10+ years and a strong electrical background)

- 12 hour Alternative Work Schedule – Night shift 6pm to 630pm
- 3 days on/ 3 days off- 2 days on/2 days off
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Conduct machine changeovers, conversions, and precision machine set-ups
- Assist in developing and documenting maintenance plans for assigned equipment, including determining work description, required parts and tools, and maintenance frequency
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all maintenance work using a maintenance tracking system and/or technical reports
- Research and procure new materials, parts, and supplies to improve equipment and address ongoing issues
- Write work orders, contact vendors, collaborate with the manufacturing department, and install parts on the machine as needed.
- Resolve machine problems through effective troubleshooting
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment, including preventative, predictive, and diagnostic tasks
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in food processing or high-speed filling.
- Experienced with servo-motor driven systems, AC & DC electricity, and/or drives.
- Capable of performing machine changeover/conversion and precision machine set-up.
- Knowledgeable in analog and digital circuitry.
- Proficient in using PLC for troubleshooting equipment and instrument issues.
- Proficient in electrical, electronics, and mechanical maintenance repair.
- Skilled in handling hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical mechanisms.
