We are looking for an energetic and passionate salesperson for a Catering Sales and Events Manager with a family-friendly work environment. Personality beats experience, if this is you send me your resume.
Catering Sales and Events Manager Responsibilities:
- Planning plan food and beverage menus.
- Find new and repeat Clients.
- Coordinating food preparation and serving during events.
- Negotiating cost.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Collaborate with the event Executive Chef to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Attend events and act as a representative of the company.
Catering Sales and Events Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in Catering sales and Hospitality
- Strong Salesmanship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
