Executive Steward needed for Large Food and Beverage Complex.
Senior Level Position – great salary and benefits!
Executive Steward Responsibilities:
- Kitchen sanitation including strict compliance with Health Department
- Direct associates in the completion of tasks as designated
- Assist with maintenance of food area including inventory and purchasing
- Developing weekly schedules while maintaining labor costs and labor budgets
- Hiring, training, reviewing, disciplinary action, and termination of associates within the Stewarding Department
Executive Steward Requirements:
- Ability to schedule, train, discipline and direct Stewarding Associates
- Prior experience with P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, Timekeeping systems.
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience in food service, fine dining, banquets or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
