Executive Housekeeper Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the housekeeping staff to ensure the highest level of service
Manage, hire, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse group of housekeepers and attendants
Provide exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards by exceeding expectations
Ensure your team has all resources and training needed to work effectively
Cultivate a positive work environment

Executive Housekeeper Qualifications:

3+ years of previous experience in full-service hotel housekeeping as a manager
Exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness and passion for hospitality
Effective and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Contagious, friendly, and positive can-do attitude!
Supportive leader with a Servant Leadership mentality to take care of the staff
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Open availability
