We are hiring a Head Chef for a picturesque retreat destination located outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Farm-to-Table Head Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dishes using the freshest and locally-sourced ingredients from our green Houses! The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen's farm-to-table concept.

Head Chef Responsibilities:

  • Creating memorable seasonally inspired farm to table dishes for our guests
  • Utilize our produce from our greenhouses to the fullest
  • Lead and motivate our Culinary teams
  • Execute meals for all of our functions including, weddings, corporate retreats, etc…
  • lead improvements in culinary operations.
  • Uphold all Culinary sanitation standards.

Head Chef Qualifications:

  • At least five years of relevant culinary experience. (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering)
  • Knowledge of food safety; maintain Servsafe Certification
  • Must pass a background check
  • Experience leading a culinary team and crafting uniquely inspired food.
