Dynamic General Manager with high-volume, entertainment, and dining experience is needed for this exciting restaurant and bar concept!
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Track record of strong leadership in high-volume corporate restaurants
- Heavy bar or nightclub volume experience is a huge plus here
- Solid tenure and loyalty in previous jobs, with references to verify
- Detail-oriented General Manager who excels in service, quality assurance, and developing a top-performing staff
- Expert in restaurant financials and growing local relationships to help continue building sales
- 5+ years in a similar GM role
