Restaurant Assistant Manager for our casual, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
The ideal candidate might already live in the area but might also want to relocate from Northern or Southern California – away from the stress of big cities and back to a simpler life where it's possible to appreciate nature, good wine, and craft beer.
Benefits:
- Work in a beautiful region for a well-known company
- Base rate between $27 and $31 per hour, based on experience, non-exempt, hours range from 40 to 50 per week

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you should have the following experience:
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience and a minimum of 2 years as Assistant Manager in casual full-service dining
- Corporate systems experience preferred
- Experience managing and developing a large team
- Beer knowledge is preferred
- Traits & skills: Outgoing personality, inspiring leader, superior customer service, positive attitude, strategic thinker, understanding of basic business fundamentals, good communicator, good at conflict resolution
