Join our dynamic team at the heart of the enchanting French Quarter in New Orleans! We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our renowned restaurant to new heights of success.

Front of House Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage and train front-of-house staff, fostering a cohesive team and providing mentorship.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house for efficient service.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
  • Optimize revenue generation through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.

Front of House Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • A passion for delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
