We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our upscale fine dining establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience. If you are a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a passion for upscale fine dining and the ability to lead a team to success, we would love to hear from you.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of similar management experience
  • Passionate, fun, positive, and results-oriented
  • Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually
  • Great leadership and development skills
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding, polished high-volume environment

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • A leader who supports and empowers the team. Who always demonstrates integrity, our core values, and a sense of commitment in the work environment consistent with the company’s values, vision, and mission
  • Maintains expert level of knowledge and responsibility for forward progress in the areas of food, P&L, budgets, scheduling, catering services, and team member development
  • Leads by example, and understands and ensures all federal, state, and county legal standards that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements are met and followed
