We are looking for a kitchen manager for our full-service, casual dining restaurant. We need a leader that will work with our kitchen, win the trust and following of the line staff, and compliment our FOH leadership with consistent, timely execution.
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- At least 4 years experience as a Kitchen Manager / CDC / Executive Chef in a casual, high-volume, stand-alone restaurant
- High level of knowledge of all scratch cooking methods and execution
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with scheduling and purchasing
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the culinary team including hiring, training, and disciplining
- Work with the GM and FOH managers on running flawless services
- Work with the Corporate Executive Chef on expectations and recipe adherence, consistency
- Place food orders and secure product
- Schedule culinary staff
- Other duties
