We are looking for a Corporate Controller / Director of Finance for our small but rapidly growing hospitality group. We need a leader with a startup mindset, a crafty and nimble approach to problem-solving, and a litigious and error-free accounting existence. This position will require living and working in Eastern Tennessee.
Hospitality Group Corporate Controller Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, accounting, or business. Finance preferred
- 3+ years as a Director of finance or corporate controller for a hospitality company with multiple revenue streams, multiple properties, and rapid growth
- 5+ years in an accounting or finance leadership position with a hospitality company
- Flexible, start-up mentality
Hospitality Group Corporate Controller Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting team ensuring complete and accurate accounting
- Work with Executive leadership on banking relationships
- Analyze and evaluate potential acquisitions
- Work with Executive Leadership on financial planning
- File all taxes and regulatory paperwork complete, timely, and accurately
