Do you have Fine dining and High volume in your Culinary background? Are you familiar with Southeast Asian food? We are seeking a passionate Executive Chef to open and operate a single-unit Vietnamese/French restaurant.
Executive Chef Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years fine dining background.
- Ensure local food safety laws are adhered to.
- Report to Culinary Director and Corporate Executive Chef.
- Minimum 3 years of Hands-on Asian/Vietnamese culinary experience.
- Background check and good references.
