Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as an Executive Chef in elite fine-dining restaurants
- 7+ experience in fine dining kitchens
- Must have experience with and passion for elegant Farm to Table cuisine.
- Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
- Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- The ability to step into an established brand and contribute to its growth and success.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, and manage all BOH managers and operations
- Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
- Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of culinary team
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Training of FOH staff on cuisine, culture, and new menu items
- Collaborate with executive management and ownership to create a successful and efficient operation
- Create a great guest experience
- Collaborate in the development of new menu items and specials
