Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience as an Executive Chef in elite fine-dining restaurants
• 7+ experience in fine dining kitchens
• Must have experience with and passion for elegant Farm to Table cuisine.
• Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
• Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• The ability to step into an established brand and contribute to its growth and success.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and manage all BOH managers and operations
• Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
• Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of culinary team 
• Performing administrative duties as required
• Training of FOH staff on cuisine, culture, and new menu items
• Collaborate with executive management and ownership to create a successful and efficient operation 
• Create a great guest experience
• Collaborate in the development of new menu items and specials
