One of the area's most well-known venues is looking for an Executive Chef. We are looking for an energetic chef who can lead and manage our BOH team in a high-volume setting!
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef level experience in a high-volume, upscale, scratch kitchen restaurant
- Fresh fish and butchering experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take direction
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead/Coach/Develop the Heart-of-the-House team
- Hold BOH team members accountable for results while ensuring ongoing training and development
- Direct the food preparation activities for all service periods and special events in accordance with established recipes, production procedures, timing, portion control, and quality and presentation standards
- Financial Accountability – Monitor sales, food and labor cost, and related financial data regularly
- Plan and communicate effectively with the leadership team and team members
