Our client is seeking to find an exceptional Executive Chef who mentors teams, loves to cook, and is passionate about guests! If this, is you, apply today as we are now interviewing:
Hotel Executive Chef Requirements:
- 5-6 years of direct culinary experience and at least 3 years in direct management
- Exposure to sales volumes of $45 million per year in a full service or luxury hotel
- Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven, and union experience preferred
- Established experience in banquets as well as running multiple outlets
Hotel Executive Chef Expectations:
- Leadership presence and involvement in all areas of the business
- Models’ hospitality and ensures his team delivers service excellence
- Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
- Full financial accountability and inventory control
Hotel Executive Chef Benefits:
- Competitive salary with bonus potential ($150K-180K with10%-15% bonus potential)
