Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a fast-casual establishment with a scratch kitchen.
• Ability to engage and motivate the management team and team members.
• A work style that is hands-on along with a shoulder-to-shoulder coaching style.
• Demonstrated desire to connect with those in the trade area and grow the business.
