Are you an experienced and visionary culinary expert seeking a new and exciting opportunity to showcase your talents at a renowned high-volume resort? We are currently searching for a passionate, innovative, and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our dynamic culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our valued guests.

As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the resort's culinary identity.

Your main focus will be to ensure the highest quality of food production and service across all dining outlets, catering events, and room service.

Resort Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with F&B managers to conceptualize and implement unique dining experiences and seasonal offerings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Plan and execute banquets, events, and special functions to the highest standard

Resort Executive Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a senior leadership role in a high-volume multi-outlet resort environment
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and guests
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced and seasonal environment
