Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and run daily operations
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 100+ people
  • High level of financial responsibility and accountability
  • Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
  • Ability to implement effective systems to drive, scale & grow the business

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years as a full-service General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with $8 Million or higher in sales volume
  • Must be highly polished and professional,
  • Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups
  • Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability
  • Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor
  • New restaurant opening experience is a PLUS!
