Great new Opportunity! Are you a talented and enthusiastic Chef with a flair for fine dining and a passion for Southeast Asian flavors, with Thai and Vietnamese cuisine experience? We have an incredible opportunity for you to spearhead the launch and operations of multiple new fine dining, high-volume free-standing restaurants with a stable growing company. Executive Chef Responsibilities and Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years Executive Chef.
  • Minimum 3 years of fine dining culinary background.
  • Food and Beverage volume of $ million and up.
  • Extensive experience in Southeast Asian cuisine, Viet/Thai 3 years.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a culinary team.
