We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our dynamic team and help us elevate the dining experience to the next level. We are a high-volume, casual dining restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional customer service

Restaurant Manager Responsibilites:
- Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to provide exceptional service, including proper greeting, seating, and assistance to guests.
- Maintain a positive and efficient working environment, ensuring staff is well-informed, motivated, and working harmoniously.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to guests, maintaining high food quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dining Room Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
