Our nostalgic, scratch kitchen and well-recognized casual dining, full-service brand is looking for great Front of House Restaurant Managers. If you have a sharp focus on hospitality, food, people, and a desire to advance with a dynamic, growing local restaurant chain, we want to meet you. 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales initiatives through excellent guest service  
  • Promote a healthy people culture 
  • Manage day-to-day operations, P&L and cost areas, and inventories 
  • Develop and promote team members 

Restaurant Manager Requirements: 

  • 2-4 years' Manager experience in high-volume casual dining concept 
  • Initiative — takes risks and brings ideas to the table 
  • Efficient and solution-oriented thinker 
  • Collaborative team player
