Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians
Our client is looking for Maintenance Technicians that are self-starters able to work well autonomously, responsibly, and safely taking care of property management properties. If you are someone that has good problem-solving skills and likes working on things such as Electrical, Plumbing, Installing windows, doors, lights, cabinetry, patching drywall, etc… Come join a great company that takes care of their employees!
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 1yr maintenance or Handyman type experience
- Must have Valid Drivers Lic.
- Must be willing to drive own vehicle to property sites and carry materials needed for maintenance jobs.
- Must have basic California-required insurance on your vehicle
- Must have Own basic tools
- Painting background a plus
Maintenance Technician Benefits:
