General Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in a General Manager role
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support the team through training and effective, positive communication
- Strong computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Website maintenance)
- Financial acumen with the ability to drive sales through amazing customer experiences
- Organized, positive, engaging, warm, and proactive problem-solver
