Restaurant General Manager

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years as GM or 3 to 5 years as an AGM in an upscale, full-service operation
- Beverage oversight and management are a must
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine is highly preferred
- Experience and knowledge of seafood are highly preferred
- Superior financial acumen
- Oversight in operations exceeding $3 million annually in sales
- Leaders with the ability to teach, inspire, and develop the team
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Hands-on, on-floor management, and office-related tasks
- Will serve as the face of the business, focusing on guests relations
- Admin, scheduling, and staffing as well as HR & payroll responsibilities
- Will communicate clearly and effectively
- Manage company website, social media, and POS maintenance
- Control costs in line with budget
- Oversee reservations & private event coordination
